By reducing cooking time and energy use, the product also addresses environmental concerns i.e. lowering carbon emission, linked to traditional cooking methods. Additionally, they empowering communities in urban areas to continue embracing indigenous and underutilized food crops.
Ryan's is seeking an investment of $ 78,000 to expand production and distribution capacity and grow its market presence by centralizing processing and packaging operations, expanding distribution and upscaling inventory by buying more raw materials from farmers.
